An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.
By visiting this Property, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

During these times, we understand the importance to communicate all the measures being taken to keep clients and team members safe while on property. We continue to stay abreast to all new as well as on-going information and guidelines provided by the CDC. Please keep in mind that during your stay we will not be performing housekeeping stay over service. This will help ensure the safety of you, other guests, and our team members. If you happen to need anything during your stay, please stop at the front desk for assistance. Below are some of the additional steps being taken on property to ensure your safety as a guest and for our team members. This is a brief overview of our full COVID-19 safety and procedures guide.
Training- All Team Members shall receive COVID-19 safety and facility sanitation protocols training following the recommendations from the CDC.
Employee Health Monitoring- Team members must perform daily symptom assessment at the start of each shift. This includes taking their temperature with a thermometer and monitoring for fever. Team members with a fever or showing symptoms will be prohibited from working.
Social Distancing- Following guidelines as determined by Ohio’s Department of Health and The CDC.
General Cleaning/Sanitizing/Disinfecting- Cleaning products and protocols include EPA-approved disinfectants that meet CDC requirements for use and effectiveness against viruses, bacteria, and other airborne and bloodborne pathogens. Hand sanitizer and disinfecting spray is readily available to guests and team members. Touchless hand sanitizing solutions and stations have been installed throughout the property. Disinfecting solution is available at the front desk to all guests upon request.
Public Space - Cleaning Procedures and Protocols- Cleaning and disinfecting shall be frequent (multiple times per day) with an emphasis on hard non-porous surfaces.
Protective Equipment- Face coverings are required for all employees unless not advisable by a healthcare professional, if it is against documented industry best practices, or not permitted by federal or state laws/regulations. Masks are available at the front desk to all guests upon request.
Communication- Signage is posted at entrances asking guests not to enter if symptomatic. Signage on health safety guidelines is also posted throughout the property, encouraging social distancing and health wellness guidelines. Additional signage on social distancing, washing hands and being aware of how the virus is spread is present throughout the property.

Room Service, The Pub, and the Dining Room are closed unless otherwise specified by guest services or management. Masks are optional for guests and Team Members that are fully vaccinated. We ask that those that are unvaccinated to please continue wearing a mask indoors and practice social distancing.

Cancellations are accepted with no penalty if done so by 3:00 PM EST the day prior to arrival. Cancellations after this time will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the rate of the first night of the stay.
